Holiday Bible Club Feedback


Holiday Bible Club (HBC) was held in the October school holidays (8th-12th). Our guest speaker was Sis Ratchanee Abraham from Ebenezer BP Church. The topics for this year were ‘Encounters with Jesus’ and ‘The Armour of God’. Below are some of the testimonies of children that attended and were written on the last day. Praise God for the opportunity to witness to these precious children. Please pray that the seeds that were planted will grow and bear fruit in the future.

My favourite story at HBC was the wordless book because I like challenges. My favourite memory verse at HBC was “Jesus saith unto him, I am the truth and the life and the way.”

My favourite story at HBC was about Lazarus rising from the dead because it was cool.

My favourite memory was at HBC is John 14:6. The best thing about HBC was the Mini Olympics.

My favourite story at HBC was when Jesus healed Lazarus because it shows how great God is and He can do anything. My favourite memory verse at HBC is John 14:6. The best thing about HBC was the Mini Olympics!

My favourite story at HBC was Saul because you can know that Jesus will change you in some way little by little. My favourite memory verse at HBC is Matthew 7:7. The best thing about HBC were the stories and learning about the people and what they did to serve God.

The best thing about HBC was when we did the paper toys and when we did the mini gymnastics and we learnt about God and Jesus.

My favourite activity at HBC was making a key ring, learning and eating because I like making and learning is fun. My favourite verse at HBC was John 14:6. The best thing about HBC was making new friends and learning!

My favourite story at HBC was when Saul was changed/transformed into a better person because it shows that even the worst people can be changed by Jesus..  My favourite memory verse at HBC is John 14:6. The best thing about HBC was learning more about Jesus and trying new things.

My favourite story at HBC was about Paul who used to be a persecutor of ANYTONE who had faith in GOD!! But how he changed was interesting and engrossing as it did give me new interpretations and new rules and learning that I should put in my life.  My favourite memory verse is John 14:6. The best thing about HB are the stories and new things I could learn and also the games.

My favourite story at HBC was about Saul in Damascus because it is amazing how God changes people.  My favourite memory verses are Matthew 7:7, John 5:4 and John 14:6.  The best thing about HBC was when Aunty Ratchanee told stories.

  • Those who have completed their Basic Bible Knowledge Course & would like to be baptised, re-affirmed or have their membership transferred please see one of the Elders ASAP.
  • Undesignated (General) Offerings next Lord’s Day (25 Nov) will be going to the Independent Board for Presbyterian Foreign Missions.
  • Precept Seminar attendees please bring a pen, notepad & a set of coloured pencils or highlighters.
  • Christmas Carols will be held Saturday, 1 Dec at 4 pm. All are welcome & please invite your family & friends. Please bring refreshments to share at fellowship time after the carols.
